EASIEST GUITAR RIFFS part 2

Hi everyone, been away a while and my blog here has been a bit neglected.

So, just having a breeze around and I found myself reading an article by Paul Hackett over on Guitar noise, titled Easy Guitar Riffs.

Paul picks out several rather good ones.

Smoke on the Water - Deep Purple (1972)
Layla - Derek and the Dominoes (1970)
Aqualung - Jethro Tull (1971)
Heartbreaker - Led Zeppelin (1969) ... oow yes like that.
Whole Lotta Love - Led Zeppelin (1969)
Iron Man - Black Sabbath (1970)... reminds me of camping out listening to a crappy cassette player in the dark,in the rain and the wind not helping by trying to reposition our tent in the river near by.
Paranoid - Black Sabbath (1970) .. great stuff
Sweet Emotion - Aerosmith (1975)
All Right Now - Free (1970)..sing along everyone.
Purple Haze - Jimi Hendrix (1967)
Day Tripper - Beatles (1965)

Would seem some great stuff was been played by in 1960's and 70's
