Guitar tabs for beginners

Hi,thought I might just pop this up as I seem to be getting some interest on my Guitar tabs for beginners page over on the old Hub pages.
The last question I had was about 'Pull off's' and 'Hammer on's'.
These are ways in which the guitarist applies a little pressure to the sting and keeps it there for a few moments - 'Hammer on's'.
'Pull off's'- are really the reverse where the player pulls away from the string.
