Basics on easy guitar tabs

Just seen this and thought top myself,Yea that's just about summing up the basics for reading a guitar tab.
Like this:-
1=e= thinnest string at the bottom
2=b
3=g
4=d
5=a
6=E= low E string the thickest string...the top one

b---------5---------------
g------5-----------------
d---7------------------
a------------------
E------------------
the number represent the fret on which string your supposed to be playing on...something like this play each note seperately

b----------------------
g------ --------------
d---5--7----------------
a---5--7-----------------
E---3--5-----------------
same idea except play all the notes together (its a chord)
