While doing the research for my easy guitar tabs blog,I have become aware of the ways different people note down the same tune.
Here is an example of that:-
Take the start of Happy Birthday. [found on FretPlay]
ryan harding rkh2@ukc.ac.ukAnd then this......
e|--------------------------|-----------------3-------|
B|------------------3-----3-|-5-------3---------------|

G|--2-------x---------------|-------------------------|
D|--0-------x---------------|-------------------------|

From: acsst7@vms.cis.pitt.eduSee what I mean.
Subject: HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
This would be how I play it.I throw a little heavy distortion
into sometimes just for the hell of it.
Happy birthday
(time it how you want to)
-----------------------------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------------------
--------------5-4-----------7-5------9-5-5-5-4-2-10-10-9-5-7-5---
------5-5-7-5-------5-5-7-5------5-5-----------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------
-------------------
-------------------
-------------------
-5-7-5-8vvvvvv-----

And many more............
They are both right but its the interpretation by the writer that makes them appear different.
Anyway thats my observation for today.
