Examples of guitar notation

While doing the research for my easy guitar tabs blog,I have become aware of the ways different people note down the same tune.
Here is an example of that:-
Take the start of Happy Birthday. [found on FretPlay]

into sometimes just for the hell of it.

See what I mean.
They are both right but its the interpretation by the writer that makes them appear different.
